There often is nothing better than a verbal conversation to connect people together, which occurs most often at the team level.  We want our parents, players, coaches and team managers to connect in-person to help build teamwork! This occurs in the form of team get-togethers, meetings, tournament stays, and cheering on our teams at games and tournaments. 

We want your messages between each other to be positive and supportive of each other, but know that there are times when emotions run high.  We ask all players, coaches, parents, and officials to observe the Codes of Conduct that they are required to observe as a member of West Fargo Hockey.   

You should never directly approach anyone with any complaint without first waiting 24 hours from the incident from which the complaint is derived. You are encouraged to not complain unless a simple, fair and objective resolution can reasonably be expected to occur.
